All blockchains make different tradeoffs to support the desired functionality and use cases, and the need for transactions between them will only increase over time as chain specialization increases.

Gode Chain is a sharded blockchain, which means it can connect multiple chains in the same network, allowing them to process transactions in parallel and exchange data between chains with security guarantees.

Because of Gode Chain's unique heterogeneous sharding model, each chain in the network can be optimized for a specific situation, rather than a one-size-fits-all model that is forced to fit.

Will there be a blockchain to dominate the market in the future? We don't think so.

A single blockchain is not enough to support a prosperous future of decentralized applications. In early blockchains, throughput limitations and a lack of runtime specialization made them impractical to scale for many real-world use cases.

By bridging multiple private chains into a shared sharded network, Gode Chain allows parallel processing of multiple transactions. The system removes the bottleneck of processing transactions one by one on earlier networks.

In the future, Gode Chain plans to expand further with the functionality of Nested Relay Chains, which can increase the number of shards that can be added to the network.

Early computer games were shipped on Cartridge printed circuit boards. Because the code needs to be engraved on the chip, these boards are time-consuming and expensive to manufacture.

Today, we're used to apps, games, and browsers that update frequently, even automatically. Developers fix bugs that cause problems and add new features as better solutions become available.

Like all software, blockchains need to be upgraded to stay relevant. However, upgrading a blockchain is much more difficult than an application, game or browser. Upgrading traditional blockchains requires forking the network, which often takes months, and a particularly controversial hard fork can lead to the collapse of the community.

Gode Chain revolutionizes this process, enabling blockchains to upgrade themselves without forking chains. These fork-free upgrades are achieved through Gode Chain’s transparent on-chain governance system.

With this feature, Gode Chain is able to keep the project agile, adaptable, and keep evolving with the pace of technology. It also significantly reduces the risks associated with contentious hard forks — a serious hurdle for many organizations.

Early blockchains had no formal governance procedures. Individual stakeholders do not have the authority to propose or veto changes to the protocol unless they know the people involved.

Gode Chain is different. It is managed in a fair and transparent manner by all members.

All currency holders can propose changes to the protocol, or vote on existing proposals. They can also help elect council members who will represent passive stakeholders in the Gode Chain governance system.

Early blockchains were like walled gardens, isolated from other networks. But as the number of chains for a given situation continues to increase, so does the need for cross-chain communication and interoperability.

Gode Chain's cross-chain composability and messaging, which can communicate, exchange value, and share functions in shards, opens the door to a new wave of innovation.

Due to Gode Chain's ability to bridge blockchains, Gode Chain's shards are also able to interact with popular decentralized financial protocols and encrypted assets on external networks such as Ethereum.

Gode Chain unites a heterogeneous blockchain sharded network called parachains. These chains are connected to, and secured by, the Gode Chain. They can also be connected to external networks via bridges.

The core of Gode Chain is responsible for network security, consensus and cross-chain interoperability.

Polynuclear would be a chain roughly similar to Ethereum in that it is state-based, mapping addresses to account information, mainly balances and (to prevent duplicates) transaction counters. Placing accounts here serves one purpose: to provide accounting information for how many shares an identity has in the system.

Sovereign blockchains that can have their own tokens and optimize functionality for specific use cases. To connect to Polycore, parachains can pay on-demand or rent a slot for continuous connections.

Each parachain is defined in the registry. It is a relatively simple, database-like structure and holds static and dynamic information on each chain. The static information includes the chain index (a simple integer), as well as the verification protocol identity, which is a way of distinguishing between different classes of parachains so that validators can run the correct verification algorithm to come up with valid candidates.

The initial proof-of-concept will focus on putting new verification algorithms into the client itself, requiring a hard fork of the protocol every time an additional chain class is added. Ultimately, though, it may be possible to specify validation algorithms in a way that is both rigorous and efficient, so that customers can use new parachains efficiently without a hard fork. One possible path is to specify the parachain verification algorithm in a full-fledged, natively compiled, platform-neutral language such as WebAssembly.

Special blockchain that allows Gode Chain shards to connect to and communicate with external networks such as Ethereum and Bitcoin. Although the choice of a BFT consensus mechanism with validators comes from a set of important features in the approval voting mechanism, we can still achieve a secure consensus with a controlled number of validators that changes infrequently.

In a system with a total of 144 validators, 4 seconds unit time and 900 blocks (allowing suspicious behavior such as double voting to be reported, penalized and fixed), a block The validity of the block can be verified by just 97 signatures (two-thirds of 144 plus 1) and a subsequent 60-minute risk-free verification session.

Because the interface capacity of a single core chain axis is limited, the super interface can connect multiple core chains to realize chain-in-chain.

Secure Polynuclear Chain by staking tokens, validating proofs from managers, and participating in consensus with other validators.

Validators charge the highest fees, which help seal new blocks on the Gode Chain network. Although we allow secured parties to nominate one or more validators to act on their behalf, the role of the validator depends on whether a sufficiently high bond is deposited, so some portion of the validator bond may not necessarily belong to the validator All themselves, but rather these nominees.

Validators must run Polynuclear clients with high availability and bandwidth. In each block, nodes must be ready to accept the role of approving new blocks on the designated parachain.

The process involves receiving, validating and republishing candidate blocks.

Secure Polychain by choosing trusted validators and staking tokens.

Nominators are stakeholders who contribute to the validator's security deposit. They have no role other than placing venture capital, so it can be shown that they trust validators to act responsibly in maintaining the network. They increase or decrease deposits proportionally according to the growth of the bonds they contribute.

Nominators, like organizers, are in a sense similar to the miners of today's PoW networks.

Maintains shards by collecting shard transactions from users and generating proofs for validators.

Transaction collators (or collators for short) are parties that assist validators in generating valid parachain blocks. They maintain a "full node" for the parachain; that means, they keep all the necessary information to be able to author new blocks and execute transactions as miners do on current PoW blockchains. Under normal circumstances, they would collate and execute transactions to create an unsealed block and provide it, along with a zero-knowledge proof, to one/or more validators currently responsible for proposing parachain blocks.

Monitor the network and report bad behavior to the verification period. Arrangers and any parachain full node can play the role of fisherman.

Unlike the other two active parties, Fisherman has no direct relationship to the block creation process. Instead, they are independent "bounty hunters" motivated by large one-time rewards. Precisely because of the fishermen, we expect that incidents of misconduct will be rare, and if they do, it will only be due to the binding party's carelessness with the security key, not malicious intent.

Represent passive stakeholders in two primary governance roles:

1. Propose a referendum;

2. Deny dangerous or malicious referendums.

Consisting of teams actively building Gode Chain. Emergency referendums can be proposed to act with the council for fast track voting and implementation.

Gode Chain tokens serve three distinct purposes: network governance, staking, and bonding.

Gode Chain token holders have full control over the protocol. Privileges unique to miners on all other platforms will be granted to Polycore participants (holders of GODE), including managing special events such as protocol upgrades and fixes.

Game theory incentivizes token holders to behave in an honest manner. Good members can be rewarded through this mechanism, while bad members will lose their stake in the network. This ensures that the network remains secure.

Add new parachains by binding tokens. Obsolete or useless parachains can be removed by removing bound tokens. This is a form of proof of stake.
